Time to Update the Budget

At the end of the last update I had $16 in Rainbow Catilinas and $32? in Cub Catilinas. I noticed that I didn't at the information into the last update so I thought that it might be helpful to know going into this update.

--My total was $22.xx before the coupons. The cashier scanned my two $1/4 coupons and they doubled. She told me that the register will double off the regular price, not the sale price so you can get doubles even if your total is until $25. I want to test this more, but it would be great if it works all the time and wasn't just a flook.
