Today has been a pretty lazy day around here. I'm starting my evening by trying to get organized. I haven't really been keeping up on the deals. As I start looking at my fliers and online I feel like I am wading through mud trying to get everything straight.
There seem to be some really great deals right now, even many free items. The problem is that I just keep reading posts of what people are getting instead of someone telling me how to do it. I guess that's why you guys are here right? Looking for someone to lay it all out for you just like I am wishing for this evening.
Hopefully I will be able to have a few hours to wade through the muck and all of us will be able to clearly see what the deals are this week.
I think I might just start going down the list of stores, starting with the easy ones so I feel like I am accomplishing something. Accomplishments are good, and they help keep me motivated to work on the harder deals.

Per Becca
Airwick Lumin starter kit $4.99, -$5/1 MF from this weeks inserts=1/Free
There is a giftcard deal running through 12-15-08-Buy 4 Glade holiday scents get a $5 giftcard. Prices start at $2.50. There are many coupons out there. I guess that there are some $2/1 coupons which would make it $2 OOP + the $5 giftcard for $3 overage all in all. There seems to be many ways to make this into a $$, but I haven't really looked into it. Just don't have the energy to figure the whole thing out this year. Look luck to those who want to try. Here are the IPs that I know of to go with this deal.
BOGO Glad
B2G1 Free Glade refills
Rayovac batteries $1 (dollar spot), -$1/1 MF=1/Free
AF Ham steaks ??, -$2/1 TC=1/? Last week these were on sale so they were free. It sounds like they are under $.50 this week.
Broccoli and Cauliflower, get the bag yourself kind and weigh it out to $1, -$1/1 TC=1/Free
I'm very behind on what the deals are at CVS and WAGs, but will do my best. There might be quite a bit that I miss, but here goes...
Walgreens
Right now there is supposed to be a promotion going on that is you buy $25 (before coupons) you should get a $5 RR. I haven't been to WAGs in a while so I haven't tried it yet. It looks like it needs to be $25 before tax.
-Looks like people are getting glucose meters to bump them over $25 and then using the MF from past inserts to make the meters free. It's like getting a free $5 RR.
Scotch tape 3 pk 2/$2, -$2 EasySaver (ES) Rabate on 2=2/Free
Renyolds wrap 20ft $1.89, -$.99 in ad coupon (pg16), -$1/1MF=1/Free $.01 overage
Maybelline BOGO, -$4/1x2=2/$?? Many people coming away with free makeup
Arm & Hammer laundry detergent $6.99, -$1.99 in ad coupon, -$1/1 IP=1/$.99 (get 6 and turn it into a MM with the $5 RR)
Sure Deodarant $1.99, -$1.50 off in Ad coupon, -$1/1 IP=1/$.51 overage
Dimetapp $3.99, -$2/1x3=3/$5.97 -$5RR WYB 3=3/$.97
I'm sure there are more great finds at Walgreens this week and ways to make them into MM with the $5 RR WYB $25, but it is 11:30 now and time for bed. I probably won't have time to get back to this before next week, but hopefully some of the info is helpful. Hopefully, things are a little clearer for all then when I started this post. I'm really not sure if they are clearer for me because now I feel like I need to spend a couple of hours looking through my coupons to find the right ones and writing out my plan on a list so that I can go shopping later.

FYI, Rainbow in Bloonington is just about wiped out of all of their baking goods that were really cheap. However, I did go to Target right next door and got cream cheese for the same price and a lot of the things were cheaper than advertised at Rainbow. (as is often the case)
